Cookie Policy

What cookies we use, why we use them, and how to control them.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They're used to make websites work properly, remember small preferences, and (in our case) help us understand how much traffic the Site is getting. Some of what we describe below may also use similar technologies like local storage or pixels — we group them all under "cookies" for simplicity.

The cookies we use

1. Strictly necessary cookies

These are required for basic Site functionality — for example, remembering whether you've dismissed a banner. They don't track you across sites and can't be turned off without breaking parts of the Site.

2. Analytics cookies

We use a privacy-friendly analytics tool to understand things like:

  • How many people visit the Site.
  • Which pages are most useful.
  • The approximate region visitors come from.
  • The type of device and browser people use.

This information is mostly aggregated and anonymous. We use it only for our own personal monitoring of traffic — we do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to build a profile about you.

What we don't use

  • No advertising or retargeting cookies.
  • No third-party tracking pixels for ad networks.
  • No selling or sharing of your data with data brokers.

How to control cookies

You can block, delete, or limit cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you do this from the Privacy or Security section. Note that turning off all cookies may break parts of the Site.

Helpful guides:

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because there's no industry-wide standard for how sites should respond, our Site doesn't behave differently based on a DNT signal — but, as explained above, we don't use the kind of cross-site advertising trackers that DNT was designed to block.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Site evolves. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
